Fiber laser has entered the application market and rapidly occupied the market with advantages of high processing efficiency, good beam quality and low operation and maintenance costs.


    With the continuous progress of laser technology, all kinds of new high power lasers surface in the industry. Beside fiber laser, fiber can also be used in solid state laser to achieve flexible output. This flexible output mode brings great convenience for practical application because it not only provides small transmission power loss, but also allows the laser energy to flexibly pass through the manipulator to the laser processing site. Therefore such optical fiber transmission technology has been widely used in laser cutting, drilling, cladding, heat treatment and surface treatment applications.


    Laser cutting is a new high-tech technology developed in recent decades. Compare with traditional cutting method, it has incomparable advantages which include higher cutting accuracy, higher material utilization rate, higher productivity, etc. Because of its superior performance in welding and cutting, fiber laser has been more and more widely used in electronics, communication equipment, automobile manufacturing, ship and aircraft, food processing, office supplies and other fields.


    2. Megawatt Laser Has Become An Inevitable Trend in Industry Development

    02-Optizone’s QD, Q+ Fiber Optical Cable Help Popularize Megawatt Lasers



    Since 2015, Optizone Technology mass produced kilowatt fiber optical cables. Through our practical experience and willingness to explore, we attained a number of patents and accumulated a complete development system in fiber optical cable.     QD and Q+ have the advantages of high efficiency thermal management.     At the same time, our product adopts special anti reflection material design with excellent anti reflection performance. From the test conducted, high reaction temperature of our products under 1500W power is less than 50°.


    The fusion of large diameter quartz end cap and optical fiber is one of the key technologies for developing fiber optical cables. Our company optimized the fusion technology and realized the high efficiency and high reliability fusion between quartz end cap and optical fiber head through special fusion technology. This enhances the handling power capacity of fiber optical cable.


    In order to meet the flexible movement requirements of mechanical arm in specific applications, QD, Q+ fiber optical cables adopt armored bending resistance design which can meet the bending resistance requirements of more than 10000 times, thereby ensure the stability and reliability of products.


    While focusing on improving product performance, we also pay attention to customer service experience. Products can only be shipped after a number of reliability verification and quality testing procedures.
